I am currently a M.S. student advised by Prof. Taehwan Kim, in IMML lab at UNIST AIGS. Previously, I received my B.S. in Computer Science Engineering from Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST).
My current research aims to develop machine learning methods that enable effective information interaction across multimodal representation spaces. My ultimate research question is whether generative models can truly understand human expressions — and beyond that, how to achieve more robust understanding that allows for immersive interaction with humans.
